It is our pleasure to write a review for Silhouette Cleaning Services. Elretha, owner of Silhouette, has been cleaning our 3-story home for over 5 years. Before we met Elretha, we had tried at least half a dozen other cleaning agencies without success. We were frustrated with people not showing up, breaking things, stealing, and leaving things dirty. We can say, without reservations, that Silhouette provides absolutely the best cleaning services. Elretha is honest, hard-working, reliable, friendly, enthusiastic and is completely thorough in her cleaning! She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and tidy. We also really like the fact that if she has extra time, Elretha takes the initiative to do extra things like polish the silver, organize piles of stuff we didn't know what to do with, wash pet beds, etc. Elretha has also helped us with special cleaning projects--top to bottom scrub down when a family member with severe asthma came to visit, and cleaning my sister's home before putting it on the market. Finally, Elretha goes out of her way to accommodate our schedules, responds promptly whenever we have an inquiry, and is very sweet to our pets. We love Elretha and feel she is part of our family. Again, we are completely satisfied with Silhouette Cleaning Services and are confident that you will be too.
