I have been using Shivaun for the past 3 years since I moved up here. I have 3 dogs and Shivaun stays at my house whenever I am away. I feel so lucky to have found someone like her to watch my dogs! She takes good care of them, is very reliable and keeps me from worrying about them when I am away. They are a little older and rescued, so they do need a little more attention and clean up as one uses a potty pad. I would recommend her 100% to take care of your animals!

Shivaun was prompt and professional! I forgot to pay her in advance and she immediately alleviated my fears and arranged for us to meet up after we returned. Shivaun fed our two cats, cleaned the litter, and took in our mail for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again!

You can't go wrong having Shivaun take care of your cats. She's taken care of many of our cats over almost a decade.
She takes care of all their needs, food, water, playing, and litter box clean outs.

Very bad experience. Unknown to us, Shivaun met the person she was planning to hire for our dog walking for the first time on the street in front of our house, without having checked them out or even fully negotiating the terms of employment.
During the meeting with us, none of this came up. We set a schedule with them, provided a house key, instructions, etc. By the next morning, the negotiations between Shivaun and the prospective employee fell through and we had to make several calls to get our key back. This is not the kind of reliability we were hoping for.
