I provide BEGINNER private and group yoga sessions for children to seniors. I can teach in my studio or I can come to your home. All faiths are welcome but it is my personal belief for the meditation portion of the class, that through focusing our minds on scripture we ultimately connect with God and make our yoga (connection with the divine) practice even more rewarding!
