If I could give zero stars I would. I have been in contact with this center for the past few days, and was very excited about enrolling my son. The first time I called, I was told to call back after 4:30 to speak to the director. I called back, asked if there were openings, and how soon I could get him in. The director and staff of Shining Light work hard to make sure your child has the best individualized care he/she can provide. Not only do they have 4 stars through the state rating system, but my husband and I are able to talk and make plans to better accommodate our child as needed.
