So, why the name 'Shiney Day'?
During the founder's school years, while enrolled in a dual enrollment program to become a Certified Veterinary Assistant, Cheyenne interned under a veterinarian who fondly called them "Shiney" instead of her actual name. Why? Because she was outgoing and brought sunshine to everyone's day. This nickname followed her through her career as a veterinary technician at multiple hospitals and eventually became the inspiration for the business's name.
