Sherk Family Daycare

Welcome to Sherk Family Daycare Home. We offer childcare for children ages four weeks to five years old. Our goal is to provide a safe, caring, homelike atmosphere for your child while at the same time providing for their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. Your child will receive quality personal and individualized care in a warm and loving home, where they can feel safe and happy and can build a positive self image.

Our home is designed to provide both a nurturing home atmosphere along with large dedicated areas for the children to actively learn and grow. Our home offers a stimulating environment with spacious rooms giving each child an exciting world full of opportunities to learn and grow. We maintain a low teacher to child ratio so that every child gets the individualized attention they deserve. We provide a nurturing foundation for development and to help make sure each child reaches their full potential.

We also will provide well balanced nutritious meals and snacks to your child. For all children we incorporate lots of fun activities into their daily schedule (i.e. play doh, painting, drawing, etc.) free play, structured play, song and dance, educational projects, Spanish, sign language and much more. Additionally, for children ages two through five we offer a more structured preschool curriculum. We feel we are able to provide the best of both worlds, learning and fun all in one.

I respect and appreciate the trust you have placed in me to care for your child. As a parent, you are the most important person in your child's world and I will make every effort to support you as a family. I will share my information about your child's growth and activities during the time spent in my home. The children will be taught by example here, to have respect for themselves as well as for others.
