I'm a mother of two girls. They are now 16 and 21. I also baby sat often for neighbors and friends. One child who was in my care was 6 weeks old and I provided care until she was 9 months old. Another child I watched most of the time was about 1 and 1/2 years old when she started and continued until she was 4. In my past position at a college I was on the screening committee for the Child Development Department and I would review applications and possible employees. I feel confident that I have an understanding of the needs of children and I believe it would take only one week to set up a balanced routine for the children.
