They are lying. Holding a great deal of money from several employees. APD need to shut agency's down that commit fraud. They don't pay on time. Don't talk professional and hang up when asking for help. Kids are hungry when told this they said oh well someone will call you. Call back and they mock what you said. I know I know you're kid's are hungry and you have bills to pay and we'll call you back. They are now not answering the phone. Do not work for this people.

Firstly, The Above Reviews are from Irrate FORMER employees That obviously were inappropriate for the field in the first Place!! MARY S Was released for Doing schoolwork during company time as well as being insibordinate and using company materials ( Printer Ink,Paper Etc)..ZUWENA was untruthful regarding her education, could not produce documentation for her claim of GED, could not properly document daily notes, refused to obey company policy and the list goes on... Furthermore, clients complained consistently about her work.... Truth is, These folks are extremely BITTER because obviously they are unable to find employment elsewhere... WE the staff that worked with SHELLS IN HOME CARE can only share the facts of their unsuccessful employment, and unnecessary Rants to attempt to hurt the credibility of a very AWESOME Company!!!!

Shell's in Home Care, LLC tends to place the needs of the recipients above all else. The owner tends to be too be outgoing, sometimes to a fault, garnering the types of reviews associated with this site, due to childish ranting and raving because things are not flowing in a manner that suits them.... Sad display of professionalism, and a simple testament to the very reasons this company felt as though they were not acceptable employees... Over all the company is great... don't let two angry individuals mar your perception of a company you haven't shared the privilege of meeting.

These people don't pay you on time, and they lie about work conditions concerning your pay. They owe a lot of their employees money. I would never recommend any to work for them. Such a horrible experience when you have to call the authorities to help you get your money that you already worked for
