It is my goal to offer a professional, secure environment that feels like a comfortable "family" setting, and also provide a structure with activities to help your child develop socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively based on his or her individual level and needs. It is equally important to me that you, the parent, feel connected to your child throughout the day and confident that your child is safe, accepted, loved and learning! It is my hope that the children, and parents of children enrolled, wake up each morning excited to go to "Shell's House!"
I offer a play-based themed curriculum for six children, ages 6 months to 4 years. I offer lots of messy and imaginative play, pre-k or kindergarten readiness, basic sign language and spanish, breakfast, lunch and snacks. I also use a smart device app to keep parents connected and informed throughout the day!
Philosophy: Let them be little!
Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, over 10 years experience teaching and directing in large centers, CPR/First Aid certified, mother of two home schooled teens.
