My name is Shawnna Neill and I am a Licensed Family Child Care Home through the Pinellas County License Board for Child Care Centers and Family Child Care Homes in the state of Florida.
My goal is to always provide a warm, friendly, home-like environment where children can feel comfortable, safe and secure, have other children to play and socialize with, and where their developmental learning is achieved through play, exploration, and imagination!

** Many Parents do not understand what it means for a Provider to be "Licensed." Choosing someone to care for your child can be a scary, so below is some information for you I hope will ease your mind and help you in making your choice a bit easier: To be granted a license and for continued renewal, I must pass the Level 2 Screening Standards, which includes, at a minimum, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), and local criminal records checks.
