Currently applying for DCFS Daycare license. I have one child in the daycare/enrichment ( my nephew). Just not your regular daycare.It is an enrichment program. Currently my nephew is 23 months old learning how to speak Spanish and Sign Language. He can sight his letters and numbers and currently learning phonics with the potential to read and writing at least his name (or more) by age 2.5 yrs old. We are potty training and learning basic martial arts ( falling techniques, strikes, and kicks). My goal and objective is to have the children well rounded and diverse. I want to prepare the children so by age 3 or above they can just skip kindergarten and move right to second grade! We attend different activities for children around Chicago.
