Shannon's In Home Daycare

Hi! Thank you for visiting my page! I recently had my second baby and I am wanting to open a part-time (two or three days a week) in home daycare in Wildwood. I want to be able to stay home with my littles but also continue my passion of teaching and having a positive influence in children's lives. I am a former teacher with my masters in special education, as well as elementary. However, the past two years, I worked as a lead preschool teacher. Ideally, I would love to start this business sometime in 2024 so I am able to prep the entire space to create a warm, welcoming, safe, and educational space for kiddos. My business would follow the Rockwood School District calendar year. For instance, when they have breaks, the daycare would also have breaks. I am hoping for kiddos 18 months and older, as I plan to design the space and routine like a preschool with different centers for building, a sensory table, library area, art area, etc. I hope to be able to teach your kiddos and I cannot wait to hear from you!
