Shanna's Play Place:
I am hoping to open my home daycare in the next few weeks. The goal is to keep numbers small so that every child gets the attention that they deserve. I also hope to focus on education, finding teachable moments in play that help thechildren here expand their worlds and their minds:)
I have been a professional nanny in Chicago for 2.5 years and here in St. Louis for the last year. I have completed my first level clinical experience in deaf education and worked in Illinois public schools with students at risk of failure. I am CPR certified and am working toward my Early Childhood Education Certificate.
