This place is horrible. I have taken my dog there a total of three times. I took him twice with the old groomer and took him once with the new groomers. Barely cut any of the hair my dog was there almost 4 hours and went to see if he was done at 3 1/2 hours and they had just started. They take them and say they aren't busy and leave them sitting in a crate. I will never be back. Pet smart is my groomer of choice from now on they are Alittle higher price than shampooch and a drive but sure worth it
