Tara cleaned my house last year and did a great job. I no longer need professional housecleaning services but I had a good experience with her and would hire her again if I did.

I hired Tara through Living Social. I am trying to get refund for my second coupon. I waited until March for the holidays to be over before scheduling an appointment. Two days before my appointment she cancelled (I had taken a vacation day to be off work). The day of the appointment she showed up over 45 minutes late, not a word about reason or an apology. My house was picked up, beds made dishes done and just needed general stuff like vacuumed, dusted and mopped to make it smell good and sparkle. Tara came alone. The only good thing she did was the dusting in the master bedroom. Mopping is done with some spray and a swiffer, the floors are not clean at all, she didn't even move the throw rugs to sweep or mop. I swept the living room because she was so slow and I didn't think she would get done. Tara never cleaned the laundry room. My bathroom sinks still have the toothpaste and soap film on them. I am so disappointed in the cleaning. I have to clean although I paid her to. What a waste of money and my time setting there while she was there. I wouldn't call her rude but she talked on the phone (bluetooth) the majority of the time "cleaning". She spoke maybe 3 sentences to me. I would NEVER recommend her. I notice her website does not have a place to leave a review. I'm sure that is for a reason. I don't for a minute believe the 5 stars on here are real customers.
