Serenity Springs Home Care is a Personal Care Home designed for individuals that require assistance with everyday activities in a "home-like" community rather than the traditional placements. Our setting is ideal for patients who do not want to live in a large community, but still want to receive the level of assistance similarly offered by an assisted living or nursing home. Our sized home(s) gives us the flexibility to have a higher ratio of caregivers to residents to provide more individual attention and care.We appeal to our residents and their families due to the high quality of care we provide. Before the move-in, our residents are assessed and placed on a tailored program based on the needs of the patient. We offer a variety of services that include, but are not limited to: 3 meals, 2 snacks, medication management, housekeeping, assistance with daily living (ADLs), and 24/7 available staff. We also provide transportation to and from medical appointments, social programs, restaurants, and shopping. We often develop an individual plan of care for residents that may have memory disorders such as Alzheimer's, mobility assistance, incontinence, or other challenges.
