They are always on time and do a great job cleaning, they also check to make sure you're pleased with service and what, if anything they can do to improve.

Serenity cleaned my home a handful of times on a bi-weekly schedule. I was mostly satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, and then Christine cancelled on me because her cleaners were supposedly sick. Two weeks later, my service was cancelled because it was Thanksgiving. Two weeks later? Serenity was a no show, and no one will return my calls or texts. This is a very unreliable company.
