At Serenity Home Care we have a different approach to caregiving. We believe in making sure all our administrators are licensed and certified so they are able to work in clients homes. We want to make sure our administrators understand what goes on in the client's homes and understand what our caregivers are going thorough. We also believe in giving our caregivers a decent living wage. Doing this allows our caregivers to be less stressed about money so they don t have to work two jobs. We believe that if we take care of our caregivers they can go to work with all the tools and support they need to do their job to the best of their ability. This ensures our clients receive the top-quality care they deserve. We also have an open-door policy. This means our clients and employees can come to us whenever the need arises. This includes having a third-party surveying company that talks with our clients and our employees, so they can anonymously voice opinions, suggestions, or complaints. In December of 2017, Serenity Home Care was given two awards; 2017 Best of Home Care - Provider of Choice and 2017 Best of Home Care - Employer of Choice!
