Serenity Child Care

After over 10 years of experience working with children, 5 years teaching preschool, and children of my own I finally turned my passion into my profession. I have a small in home daycare where the focus is on nurturing children whether they are newborn or school age along their paths in an open, inclusive environments that families of all types can feel comfortable and represented in. Fall 2017 I will also be adding my preschool program. Preschoolers will be engaged in a variety of learning activities throughout the morning including an art, science, cooking, or other learning activity plus Circle Time, which includes all the elements necessary for your child to be kindergarten ready! My goal is to get them excited about learning while engaging them on multiple levels.
I have a large yard where we will play and explore, with ample opportunity to use our energy, exercise and socialize.
Communication is key at Serenity Childcare, it is important to me that we are all a team, The parents, myself and the children in this journey.
My program includes lunch and a snack, I am experienced in both breast fed and formula fed children. As well as traditional weaning and Baby Led Weaning.
I'm happy to help with potty training, as well as able to use both disposable and cloth diapers. I currently accept child action.
