I am very happy with the services of serene cleaning. The attention taken to the multiple tasks is appreciated and she puts up with my pet cat run house.

Diana at Serene Cleaning & More has been cleaning our home for several months now, and I couldn't be happier! I first found Diana by using a Social Living voucher, and from our very first meeting she impressed me with her professional customer service skills and demeanor. And as for her cleaning skills, she is just as impressive. Her attention to detail is exacting, and it's obvious she truly cares about what she is doing. She is one of those rare people nowadays who takes pride from a job that has been very well done. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness in little things she does just because she knows it will help me, even though she does't know if I will even notice. (I do!) We have now nicely settled into a once-a-week service for regular cleaning, and we add on more hours as needed when she has availability to do additional cleaning jobs like sorting storage rooms, and prepping the house for guests. She has also been instrumental in getting my house organized. She takes over a disaster of a room that's filled with moving boxes and piles of mystery items, and within hours, she seems to magically turn it into this neat, clean, orderly, organized space that is a pleasure to go into, where I can instantly find exactly what I'm looking for. Such a luxury! We are certainly thrilled to have found Diana, and hope she sticks around for a long time!

Horrible. Purchased a Living Social deal for a whole house cleaning and the lady would not clean anything that I asked for which were kitchen cabinets, showers and bathrooms. Also would not pick up her phone. Would not recommend this cleaning service
