This is the Best company I have ever worked for! Not only do I love the job and the people but I love staff at Sentinel! They have absolutely went above and beyond to help me and they truly care about their employees! We are all like one big happy family and I have truly been blessed with the best when I got this job!

I signed up for training, but the pay was significantly lower than any of the manufacturing positions I was offered. So-before accepting a client- I resigned, and wished them luck. After discovering I had $60, from a disability worker that insulted me that morning, I asked them for the written check that they promised. They said they sent it, or deposited it. They lied. A place that steals from a mentally disabled person shouldn't be allowed to do business.

If I could give this place a negative I would. Hannah the office manager is very controlling and rude to her employees that work in the office. She plays favoritism with them as well. Her favorite is Cheyenne and Alicia(when she's in that office) and anything they say she believes 100% even if they are wrong or are lying. Candi the HR lady is very sweet however and she gives the places a decent name. However, don't tell them any of your business as an employee because the whole office as well as clients will know about it. Even though that is a violation of employee rights. Example if you call out due to a family situation if you tell them they will tell the client you are to work with that day( it is not the clients business as to exactly why you are out of work, just that you are out), they will also threaten your job if you have to call out, and try to make your feel bad for not going into work. They will say things like " Well you know we really don't have anyone else to work the shifts." God forbid it's a family emergency, they will make you feel bad for that too. If you don't answer the second phone call, they will text you saying you have until end of day to respond or you don't have a job. Most companies have a "no call, no show" policy of at least two days. However, if your sick they want to know everything and why you are and all this stuff, when they don't have a right to the information, unless it's covid of course. Also, certain clients they care more about than others just because of the money they can get from them. Other clients they could care less if they are covered for the day, week, or month. Their pay really isn't that great start to start off. Most caregivers makes less than $12 hourly, and a lot of them have enough experience to make at least $13. I get the whole you have to be there for X amount of time, but still. No one can live off of $11.25 hourly. Also, when they give "gas" cards, it's literally $10 and most people they give them to are driving at least 45 mins to the clients house. A $10 gas card with gas prices at over $4 a gallon right now isn't crap. They push through "training" which at least when I worked there was a joke. Training wasn't even training, it was watching videos. Daily pay that they post in the ad for work is wrong. You can't even tough it for at least 48-72 hours and in most cases not until you get your first check which takes two weeks. Some people can't wait that long to access funds. Honestly this company not the best to work for, they give false hope to their employees, wether they work in the office or in the field. Some people might be okay with the company, but I would never recommend anyone for this place. To many people have quit and taken employment elsewhere due to the way they are. Also, when there is a problem with an employee, they wait and wait and wait to speak to you about, then all the sudden there have been all these "issues" that don't get brought up right when they happen, but rather after multiple "things" have happened. It's honestly a ridiculous place to work. Do better, this place has been in business for a few years and will state because of a few placards for the first time it seems since ever, that they are the best place to work. HA!!

This place is utterly disgusting, the office manager Hannah is very rude and yells at her employees , I've been on the phone with a scheduler . Very unprofessional.

Great company to work for rather it is for part time or full time. They will accommodate your needs. Their caregivers provide the utmost care to their clients.
