Help is available for reading, grammar, and math, as well as other subjects. All work and assignments are taught from Christ-centered materials. Once a student is evaluated by a Selah Mountain educator, we will recommend an individualized learning plan that will encourage independent work habits, develop effective study habits, and improved attitudes that will last a lifetime. All of our educators at Selah Mountain Family Services have experience with the age and level of the student for which they are assigned. As part of our assessment of your child, we will use a diagnostic test to identify learning gaps. The diagnostic test that we use has been proven to be very effective for many years. Likewise, the results of our assessment as well as any periodic progress reports are provided to the student's parents, and coordination of efforts can be made with the student's teacher in their day school with the parent's permission. Our educators teach students how to think, study, learn, and ultimately, how to succeed on their own. No matter the needs of the child, we are able to help at every level and every stage of the student.
