Children's Day Out is a state licensed child care facility and a ministry of Seabrook United Methodist Church. We offer preschool classes for ages 14 months (and walking) to 5 years old. The purpose of this ministry is to enhance the growth of young children through development experiences within a Christian environment. We welcome all faiths and families here. Our 2 1/2 year old - 5 year old classes go to chapel together once a week for an age appropriate Christian message and to sing worship music with our church pastors. All our classes pray together before snacks and meals.
Our low teacher to child ratio paired with engaging activities in our learning centers, sparks a love of learning that will last a lifetime. Our classrooms offer art, math, dramatic play, blocks, writing, and library centers. Our teachers plan developmentally appropriate lessons and activities based on weekly academic and Christian themes. We believe that children learn the most while engaged in their favorite thing; play!
