My belief for a successful child's grow rest on creating a caring, safe, and educational environment. I focus on building foundations for intellectual achievement following the standards that Maryland State and the National Association of the Young Children.

I am aware that children grown at their own pace, so I arrange the goals for the child's education based on their own needs. Nurturing children is always challenging for many adults, and there are not fast or easy answers because is child is unique. I take pride in planning enriching activities that stimulate and encourage the development areas such as language, physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual. Also, working together in partnership with families and co-workers is an effective solution in benefit of children. By the time the children reach the age of kindergarten, they should be independent, confident, creative, curious, self-confidence, and equipped with the tools necessary to be successful throughout their schools years and along their lives.
