My mother is happy to live at Savannah Commons for six years. She has made the difficult move from her own home 400 miles away and given up her car. The staff provides her rides to doctor appointments, helps her with smart phone problems, and even will care for her cat when she leaves on a trip!! She enjoys her friends and the activities provided for the residents. The new owners have wonderful plans to update the look of the common areas and are sensitive to the resident input. Like any elderly person, my mother can be a challenge at times, but she is treated with patience and respect by the people who interact with her. I couldn't ask for more.
