My name is Samantha Clewell and will be a recent graduate from Drake University. I will be graduating with my Elementary Education degree with endorsements in Reading and ELL. I am seeking a summer nanny position, while I am currently applying to schools in and out of state. I have had multiple opportunities to work with a variety of children. I have been a nanny, daycare provider for two years, and as a camp counselor on a military base for a summer in Germany. Through these experiences, I have gained knowledge and patience in working with children. I have been able to work in a variety of age levels ranging from infancy to upper level elementary students. Each experience that I have had with a child or group of children has been unique and has taught me that I will always be learning. There are always more opportunities to continue your journey as an educator and I believe it is important to always push myself to become the best teacher I can be for my students.
