Salus Home Care, LLC focuses on "QUALITY" home care. Our rigorous employment process provides our clients with the "BEST" caregivers in the business. After going through the rigorous interview process, all of our caregivers are drug tested (initial & random) and have state & federal criminal background checks as well as motor vehicle driving record checks performed before they are eligible to work a single shift. Need an example? From April 2015 until August 2016 we have processed just over 1600 applicants and as of the end of August we have hired 62 caregivers from the group. 62 top-notch caregivers out of over 1600. To say we're selective is an EXTREME understatement!
