We will bring all the supplies and equipment needed to make your whole home sparkle! We are using only green and Eco-friendly cleaning products. We are trustworthy, professional, educated, flexible, affordable, dependable and reliable because you deserve the best.
Our services include a free in-home estimate, everything on your list, and more. From thorough kitchen and bath cleaning, to dusting base boards and emptying waste baskets, we can do it all. We do residential, vacation rental and office cleaning.
Our typical residential visit includes these services:
* All Rooms:
- Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards.
- Remove cobwebs.
- Vacuum carpets and move furniture.
- Wash all floors and dry wood floors.
* Kitchens:
- Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, tables and chairs.
- Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks.
- Clean and sanitize counter tops and back splashes.
- Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior.
- Clean microwave oven inside and out.
- Wash floor.
Bathrooms:
- Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks.
- Remove mold .
- Remove hard water deposits.
- Clean and sanitize vanities, back splashes and toilets.
- Clean mirrors.
- Polish chrome.
- Wash floors and tile walls.
Special housecleaning services are also available, such as deep cleaning, before and after moving-in or out, after construction, one-time cleaning, window cleaning, and polishing silvers.
Home cleaning services are available weekly, every other week and many other frequencies.
Our hours are Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Vacation rental and office cleaning are available on Sundays.
In protecting you, our coverage includes liability and workers' compensation. If something should happen, you are fully protected. If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours to arrange for us to come back and re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations.
The areas we work at include Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, and Longboat Key.
