Having recently graduated with honors from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Science of Education, (Early Childhood Education), Justin is instilled with the latest strategies and methods when it comes to the education of young children and he looks forward to implementing a developmentally sound and research-backed constructivist approach. With more than 800 hours of in-field experience at five different schools in varying demographic backgrounds, Justin is equipped with the skills and dispositions needed to ensure each child's learning style is accommodated for and that each child is experiencing joyful learning experiences.
