Skilled Nursing Services are those of a licensed health professional (Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse) who is supervised by a physician to provide care for the sick or in-firmed. The skilled nurse promotes and maintains health through assessment, evaluation, instructions, and treatment in an attempt to assist patients in their own home and are part of the collaborative care team.
Personal Care Assistant provides nutritional support, assistance with personal hygiene and environmental maintenance to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes.
Homemakers provides meal preparation, light housekeeping activities and related home activities to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes.
