Sacred Care is a non traditional home care service that focus on holistic & individualized care. Sacred Care provides care coordination and care management by integrating a set of activities intended to improve the client quality of life, working together with client healthcare team & family to achieve healthcare goals and monitoring & evaluating the care delivered by our staff.
For many families it is difficult to keep a consistent caregiver, whether it is lack of skill, unreliable or a change of schedule. Inresult of an inconsistent caregiver the family and client suffers. In those times it leaves the client without care forcing a family member to provide care for their love one which also presents challenges for both parties.
