Rubio's Kiddie Care now has openings for Infants : Newborn to age 2 years. We are located just off Derby Ridge, between Smiley Lane and Blue Ridge. North on Range line across from Vanderveen Subdivision. We are a small family childcare care home. We have small groups, so that your child can get all his/her needs met. We never have more than 4 children to each adult! While I know it is difficult to leave your child in alternative care to return to work, it's good to know they are in the experienced loving hands of Rubio's Kiddie Care (Melissa).
Our home is a secure environment for your infants/toddlers. We have a completely fenced in backyard, and a play set for your children. We offer that in home feeling always, children do better in a home like environment (especially babies!).
All of the children I care for are just like my own. I show unconditional love and care for the child as if he/or she was my own. I take pride in this, because every child needs to know that he/or she is loved. I've been serving families in the Columbia/Hallsville area for over 12 years. I have a list of references and have no problem sharing that list with you. Most of the children I have cared for in the past have been in my care from newborn until entering schools. I love holding those long term relationships with families.
I am bilingual. I can speak English/Spanish and am currently working on Chinese! I use my second language throughout the day in order to teach the children in my care. I also have read aloud time and during this time I choose Spanish books to read as this helps with teaching.
