Roxbury Weston Preschool

Our program is unique . . . Inspired by the Civil Rights movement, Roxbury Weston Programs was founded in 1965 and is the longest-running, intentionally diverse, preschool program in the country.
Roxbury Weston Programs creates an open and intentional environment of cultural, socio-economic, linguistic, and cognitive diversity. Our children emerge as socially aware and conscious thinkers, which carries them throughout their school careers and well into their adult life.
Roxbury Weston Preschool recognizes the developmental needs of the whole child with equal emphasis placed on physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Teachers design the curriculum to meet each child’s individual interests and needs, understanding that each child learns at his or her own pace and in his or her own way and time. We strive to teach children foundational values such as self-confidence, acceptance and caring for others, while also instilling a love of learning.
Our school has created a wonderful community that encourages diversity, education, and friendship amongst children of all backgrounds.

Our program operates on a school year calendar. We are open M-F 8:00-12:00 with an extended day option until 2:00. We offer 3, 4, and 5-day schedules, and great enrichment programs that include music, dance, sports, and yoga
