I took willow to Roxanne and she did a great job on willow and Roxanne was able to get willow to relax and she talked to willow and Roxanne got willow to relax and willow did well willow was calm and since then willow passed away lam planning on taking chase to Roxanne and get chases nails done lauriealvaro

Horrible service. She did not take my information down properly over the phone, we agreed on a cut style for my dog and when I picked him up he was shaved to the skin, and she put the wrong collar and leash on him. Her responses included, "well this is how I do all my poodles" and "oh that's not his? I'll have to figure out who these belong to." Not only did he get a terrible uneven shave that I did not request, they scraped a 12in long area from his belly down his back leg that I had to treat and put a cone on him because it was open and bleeding. I only noticed this when I got him home because she told me he did great and is such a sweet dog.
