Mekeel Child Care Center is a NAEYC, Keystone Star 4 accredited center with licensing through PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning. Mekeel provides an age appropriate, secure and loving environment for children. the multi age hands on approach to learning encourages children to experiment, explore, question and play. We believe children learn best through play and focus on the process of learning. Life skills such as decision making, problem solving, cooperating and listening are all promoted through a wide variety of experiences. Our program fosters a great deal of independence as we have children learn to do for themselves and are encouraged to try the many, new challenges they meet in the course of the day.
