Very disappointed in the overall service and atmosphere here. Took our 7 month old Cavachon to be washed and groomed for his third time (twice at another groomer in Harrisburg). We got a call about an hour or so after we dropped him off stating that they would not be able to finish grooming him because he was to fidgety and was even biting at the groomer. We apologized and said we would be there to pick him up. It was weird to us because this was his third time getting groomed but figured maybe he was having a rough day. We arrived to pick him up and the lady was completely rude. Telling us we need to train our dog better and its our fault. I had to continuously ask her if we could pay so we could get out of there. Im not surprised he wasn't able to stop moving as the atmosphere was so chaotic with birds extremely noisy and it sounded like a zoo. Not from dogs. Not to mention the very unpleasant smell. I see now why we were able to get him in so quick. They charged us $30 and didn't even wash him and the parts that are groomed and his nails are cut uneven. Im glad we will be able to take him else where to have it done correctly. Save your money and time! What a headache that lady was. 30 years in business and they haven't figured out basic customer service! Shocking! P.S. Hand written notes everywhere to inform customers of random rules/info is tacky and trashy. Use the $30 you stole from us and print some professional signs that are more welcoming. What a JOKE!
