Rising Star Home Care Services offers customized and affordable home care services. We are a licensed Residential Service agency serving Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County, Howard County, and Prince Georges County.

Our experienced, reliable, and compassionate team of caregivers are certified nursing assistants (CNA's), geriatric nursing assistants (GNA's), and certified medication technicians (CMT's). Before joining Rising Star Home Care Services they are fully screened and trained to model a commitment to always meet the needs and expectations of your loved one. Every effort will be made to assign you with a caregiver who will be a successful match.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Services include:

Companion Care - assistance with daily living activities. In addition to light housekeeping and running errands, we are here for conversation, quiet company, or perhaps a little fun to keep your loved one active and engaged. The companionship and social interaction we offer are helpful in preventing feelings of isolation and depression.

Personal Care - this level of care covers more intimate, non-medical care needs such as bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, and grooming. We are here to make everyday life easier and more manageable.

Medication Management - an essential component of a care plan is to help manage and improve the use and compliance with prescribed medications. Our caregivers assist with the on-hand administration of all medication to help your loved one achieve their healthcare goals and, reduce side effects due to duplication and drug interactions of all medications.

Caregiver Support - We understand how long-distance caregiving, working full-time, and caring for or managing the care of someone around the clock can take a toll on anyone. We support caregivers by offering services such as short-term respite care, specialized packages, flexible hours, and education and resources.
