Here's what I do,
All areas are dusted/ remove cobwebs, Wipe/ polish shelves, cabinets, furniture. Fingerprints removed from door frames, switch plates, light fixtures/ ceiling fans. Dust TV screens, Clean patio door tracks, mirrors, dust picture frames, clean window sill's, dust/ wipe baseboards, doors & chair rails, blinds, walls & tiles.Vaccuum upholstery ( if applicable ) empty trash , vaccuum/ wash floors ( furniture moving is possible ).
Kitchen: sinks are scrubbed and sanitized. Counter tops, range tops cleaned, exteriors of appliances cleaned, including ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers. Move counter appliances clean surfaces and replace. Microwave cleaned inside/out, and under ( if possible ). Clean cabinets, shelves. Clean back splash tile/ grout disinfected. Clean trash compactor.
