We originally contracted Roca to tutor our teenage son in Civics/Social Studies. After a few sessions, we noticed Kevin was looking forward to his time with Roca, which he had never done for any class or teacher before. I listened in on a session and was surprised at how natural Roca makes the conversation feel while still managing to teach the lesson. We ended up contracting him through Kevin's freshman year @ Coastal Carolina University (Go Chants!) and haven't even considered regretting it

We actually met Mr. Roca many years ago when he helped my wife salvage pictures of our then-newborn niece from an iphone my wife had cracked in the parking lot in front of the home depot. She found him online & she called him & he explained how she could still get all of her stuff of f there. He stayed on the phone with her for 3 hrs, sometime switching to me. Hes a natural teacher, that guy. We ended up having him over about four times to rejigger our digital system. I cant really comment on his teaching out of a textbook but i CAN tell you that we learned a lot & had a pretty darn good time, too!

Roca is high energy, genuine smiles, and very knowledgeable! He tutored our daughter for her 8th grade English class for six weeks. He made a syllabus and lesson plan, benchmark goals, and kept her morale high @ all times. We hope to never need him again but if we do need a tutor, it eill be him!
