As the founder of Ridgeline Health and Fitness I am ecstatic to bring an at-home fitness program to our community in the North Shore area of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It's my vision as an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist and CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist to provide one on one and small group personal training sessions relevant to the needs of each individual client. Movement is the way to healing. I have several years of experience working with individual who have dementia, cancer, obesity, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Mitochondrial Disease, ADHD and several others. I have also worked with all ages of life.

My new project is called "Ridgeline To Life". In a small group setting, the Ridgeline to Life program will unfold the necessary exercises, nutritional guidance and group support for individuals fighting a disease that may have restricted their everyday activities. With a chronic disease there are so many health factors on the line, including your weight, blood pressure, insulin levels, lung and heart function, etc. It's the bridge between an initial diagnosis to a healthy and stronger life.
