Poorly ran business. I paid $350 for a 2.5 hr half ass clean. When i brought the crap job up to whomever runs it i was told we could get $25 credit towards future cleaning as if! My 9 year old cleans better. You'd do better by lighting your money on fire to keep you warm. At least it would have gotten something out of it.

This company is a sham. I received a text message from Jackie stating that my house was about to be finished for a move out cleaning so I should go check on the work. I live 30 minutes away from the house and she knew that. I showed up to the house being cleaned and the 2 maids had spent 5 hours cleaning only the second story of the house. They told me they needed 2 hours and 30 minutes more and to come back at 9:30pm. I asked them multiple times if I would be receiving a text message 30 minutes prior so I can come check their work and lock the doors, and they confirmed that Jackie would text me. I asked them for their phone numbers as well but they would not give them to me. Not only did I waste a hour driving there, I drive there again and arrive at 9:15pm. I had not received any text messages like promised about when to arrive. I called Jackie and texted her multiple times between 8pm and 9pm, but did not receive any responses. So I show up at the house at 9:15pm, and the maids had left with both the front door and back door unlocked. On top of that, the house was NOT cleaned. I reached out to Jackie that night with photos of the mess, and I did not get a response. I call her the next day, and she offered me $25 off my NEXT cleaning with them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only did they charge me an additional $120 for the 2 hours they said they needed to finish up but now they wanted me to pay them more to come fix what they did NOT CLEAN THE FIRST TIME? Trust me, you do NOT want to hire this company. They basically took longer than needed to clean (probably on purpose), charged me an extra 2 hours to clean the rest of the house, did not even clean properly (toothpaste stains all over the bathroom counters, hair all over the counters and floors, closet shelves had dirt and hair), left with the house completely unlocked and without any warning, and then their customer service response is for me to pay them more money to fix what they didn't clean?? I've attached some photos of what they left dirty, but there is a ton more.

I was so impressed! Just try out Reyes cleaning....TRUST ME, you wont be disappointed! :)
