Our philosophy recognize each child as an individual. I help the children grow at their own pace, focusing on cognitive language, social emotional, physical, and creative development. I will build a relationship not only with the children but with the whole family. In my program we use the different development theories of Erikson, Piaget, and Vygotsky to understand the children and help them grow. We encourage the children to become independent, problem solvers, and make their own choices.
