Reliance Home Health Care

Reliance Home Health Care is a local home care agency. We provide high caliber home care in the home and facility settings. the caregivers are vetted through 3 reference checks, an initial 60 question competency test and a face to face interview. Reliance Home Care is licensed by the state of PA's Health Department, with this we follow every rule and regulation as closely as possible, including annual physicals and TB testing of every caregiver and an annual refresher competency test and evaluation. Our caregivers are either certified by the state as CNAs or have extended experience in home care. We pride ourselves on providing consistent care to each client by our compassionate pairing. Our Care Coordinator meets with the family and client to get a first hand feel of what is needed as far as care but also equally important is the pair match-up. Our scope of services span from everyday activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming to meal preparation to light housekeeping and transportation to appointments and running errands. We have a 24hour emergency hotline that reaches the office staff directly for any situations that may arise. We offer a "trial" period for those who may be on the fence about homecare and look to provide as much information to ease into the transition of needing home care.
