I am an experienced childcare provider, here in my home... providing not only childcare but also age appropriate learning activities each day for the children. I believe every child deserves to feel safe and loved... and to enjoy their childhood, making friends. We are a Christian homeschool family, non-smoking and pet-friendly home. First aid/CPR certified. Our home is also a state licensed foster home, which means we receive on-going training that relates to child safety and problem resolution. I especially love caring for the newborn/toddler age group... the little ones really grab hold of my heart! But I also provide care for children through preschool age. I have a seven year-old daughter that I homeschool. We also have a two year old son recently adopted. I have worked full-time for two families the past seven years (as well as other short term/occasional childcare)... but their youngest children are heading to Kindergarten in August, so I have a couple of vacancies. I have watched their children since they were newborn...and worked with them (preschool activities) the past couple of years to prepare them for Kindergarten. Great references available!! :) Children in my home are well cared for, and they learn while having fun. Educational activities are Christian and Bible-based. In-home care at a cost less than a traditional daycare facility. :)
