I worked for Reassurance hands. They were very unorganized. I had my interview and was hired the same day. I never filled out an accusal paperwork (1)) never asked for my driving license and some of this is my fault, but I really needed to work because I'm going through an ugly divorce. Ok I worked 6/16/2024 my patient passed away, however I called Shan which is the owner I said do you want me to work???? She said yes that's easy money, go ahead and do a 12 hour shift, again I should have been asking questions then but I didn't (My fault) trusting my employer. The 24th Of Of June I asked her about my check I got no response, so the 26th came around and she calls me and said @i don't like the way you keep running around saying negative stuff I'm not like that' I said last Monday I should have been payed
I said you haven't paid me the $180.00 you owe me she said it's suppose to be 120.00 because you didn't do anything, you would only be a companionship person for the daughter mind you the price change was never discussed, and to this day she still has not paid me! I said that to say this. If you can treat your employees like this, you shouldn't be a so call business owner. Shan drank on (Wine, margaritas)the job was NOT Professional at all, that's just down right unacceptable! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY SHAN IS UNPROFESSIONAL SHE ONLY THINKS ABOUT the $$$$$$$$ not the well being of your loved one. Thank you
