Real Talk 3-5 year Plan

Our mission is to offer more than just mental health services. Within three years we want to offer the following Colorado State Accredited classes, in addition to mental health services: Domestic Violence Group, Anger Management, Cognitive Thinking Classes, DUI classes, and Relapse Prevention Classes. We also within the next year be able to offer translation services in the following languages: Arabic, French, Spanish, Somalli, Malay, and Aramu (Aramaic), to the ethnic populations within the Denver Metro Area. Our translation services will be upon request, and will include when necessary an interpreter when available. Within the next three years we hope to have at least three full time counselors, with a work load of 30-45 hours, for each therapist.
In addition to mental health, within the next two years we want to establish an employment center that caters primarily to the unskilled laborers within the Denver Metro Area. We plan on assisting with resume development, GED classes and testing, when needed; ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, job placement, and Vocational Training when available.
