Assisted in giving medication under the direction of registered nurses or physiotherapists.
Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, shaving, eating dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising.
Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff.
Maintained records of resident care, condition, progress and problems that developed.
Report any concerns to family member, to resolve any issues to promote residents to have and ensure a good quality of life.…
