My name is Elizabeth Mendez and I am a mom of 2 amazing boys and wife to a magnificent man. In 2020, after seeing how Covid deeply affected many lives, I decided I wanted to help my community. It is my personal goal to make every child feel confident and loved as they grow. Here at Rascal Ranch Daycare we strive to nurture and care for young children and their families. We understand that every child is unique in their abilities and will cater to each and every one as if they were our own.
