Hello, my name is Ana. I have 12 years of experience with my family child care and I am CDA certified (Child Development Associate) I have been working with children for as long as I can remember and I absolutely love them!
My philosophy is based on individual attention according to age, interest and developmental needs of the child. Therefore, I use an approach that responds with respect and sensitivity to what children and their families bring to the program. Here families find a learning environment safe, fun and stimulating. My biggest responsibility is to model the values, behavior and conduct that I wish them to acquire not only when they are in the day care, but also when they are outside of it.
My mission is to provide quality service that will allow full development in physical, intellectual, socio-affective and psycho-motor skills of children. I also want to guide children to be safe and successful adults.I have a daily routine as well as a monthly curriculum appropriately designed for the children's needs. Here they will learn all different kinds of things from math, to science, to social studies to reading and writing and even the Spanish language! We do daily activities to keep them entertained as well as weekly trips to the park and surprise field trips!
