Rainbow Club Family Childcare Home

I provide licensed family child care in a Christian environment, which is in my home. I currently am licensed at a 4-star level. I accept children ages 6 weeks-12 years. I have been in the child care business for more than 10 years, during which time I have worked with infants through teenagers. We do not use a set curriculum. The children learn through play and hands-on activities. The children do learn the things that they need to know for kindergarten. But, the most important thing that I teach them is about Jesus Christ. That being said, I do not teach denominational things. We read Bible stories, pray, and talk about the beautiful things that God created. In addition, I strive to teach the children the following values:

awareness of God's love and care,
self-discipline and confidence,
power of prayer,
group activities,
listening and following directions,
cooperation,
manners, and
respect of others and their property.

Children will be encouraged to share, take turns, plan, work, and join in play with their classmates.

I provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. I operate under the nutritional guidelines of the State. Our meals are monitored at least quarterly.
